Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hrs. prior to scheduled appointment time. Please contact me personally if it is an emergency & you do not want to be charged. 15% of the service price will be charged if not cancelled in the allowed timeframe.
If appointment is not cancelled 24 hr. prior to, more than 2 consecutive times, a deposit will be required for future bookings & the 3rd consecutive cancellation will be charged 50% of the appointment service price.
